My girlfriend was present on site when she brought her vehicle to ensure the costs that they may add. The garage carried out a scan of the check engine light of which she had not been informed of the cost of $70 especially since the check engine had been on for a day and the appointment had been made 2 weeks ago for something else. So surprised by this, she returns to the garage after paying to explain that they should have informed her of this additional cost. My girlfriend was trying to explain the fact that she wasn't coming for the check engine, she was yelled at by a man down there quite loudly and was denigrating and told her to: GET OUT OF HERE, and I 'in happening.. Congratulations to you firstly for seeing how you act with your customers. Under no circumstances can you speak like that to your customers except in exceptional cases and this was far from that. It's not normal to talk to customers like that!!! If I could give 0 stars I would.
