First and last time, 8 minutes for an eye exam, I've never seen that!!!! the optometrist spoke so quickly and when I read the letters, she cut me off and said ok let's move on to the others....
I was a number it was GO GO GO let's move on to the next one!!!!

Very disappointed, they don't answer the phone. I called 4 times and after a few minutes the line went dead. I had to travel for a question and the customer service was really poor. For a pair of glasses that cost a little less than $600 ?.My glasses are scratched, bought last year and they don't polish the lenses and to change them it will cost $400.

So many good comments! The staff and service are impeccable, the glasses are perfectly adjusted to my eyesight.The prices aremore than affordable and the quality of after-sales service is really great. If you have the patience to wait for your turn at the counter, you would not be disappointed! Many follow-up services are without appointment so there is a bit of waiting on site....But you get your service within half an hour and delivery times are less than a week (3 days in my case for two frames). Well done to the team!

Yes, it's true that they are hard to get to, but if you take a test here, when you get your glasses, they will be perfectly adjusted for your eyesight! This is not always the case in other eyewear. Their review is really complete and in addition the prices of the glasses are very affordable. THANKS
