I called to find out the price for my tires, she told me an amount, I told her twice everything that had to be done and she told me again that this amount was indeed good....the time had come to pay the bill they charge me DOUBLE and the mrs who I believe is the owner doesn't want to hear anything tells me that it's me who misunderstood so I repeat to him what she told me several times and he doesn't want to know!!! had heard very bad comments on this garage a long time ago...I thought that had probably changed but no! I strongly advise you to go elsewhere, they have this wonderful habit of telling you something on the phone and returning the bill, it's something completely different! I am not an isolated case

Since I discovered this garage I have only had good experiences, good and fast service, competitive prices and hourly rates, courteous staff and Alain the boss is a nice and professional guy, I will continue to return there without hesitation for repairs.

Serge Pelletier I went to make an appointment for a minor repair, I was told that they do welding, when I went the technician did the inspection and he told me it's not much it's just a weld. do and then the owner comes to see me and tells me that I have to change the parts with labor an invoice for $419 and tells me that it is not repairable, I have already been satisfied in the past now this is not It's not like before, I was charged $46 dollars for an inspection, they should remove the word repair on their advertising, it should be parts changers, in short if I could give the rating zero stars I would without hesitation ....avoid this place........My brother-in-law referred me to another workshop (Speedy 513 blvd des Laurentides Laval) I went there 4 days later they welded my middle pipe and my braket on the silencer at the rear for $130 5 star service, too bad I was a satisfied customer for over 15 years at Midas now avoid this place go to Speedy I recommend it very satisfied 👍

I hated my time with Midas on Moody. They charged me with a test to check the lines of my air conditioner while just by the sound, another garage knew in less than 10 seconds that my compressor was finished. simply with a visual, the compressor wiring was burned and certain pieces came loose. So WHY charged a customer for a $150 test when the other garage found the problem in less than 10 seconds?
When they gave me my SUV, it wouldn't start and dared to tell me that my battery was finished. I HAVE NO PROBLEM because my alternator is new and the battery is only 4 years old. I was completely stunned.
in addition, by the time he found the problem with 4 mechanics (for a simple boost) I went elsewhere to do some shopping. They left my vehicle with the engine running for more than 30 minutes before notifying me.
Their overvoltage also blew a fuse. There were 3 of them for a simple boost and 4 to push it into the garage.
BRAVO MIDAS. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I WILL NEVER EVER GO THERE AGAIN.
My trusted mechanic was on vacation and I gave another garage a chance........what a mistake!!
If I could give less than one star, I would have done so.
