Good quality. Done here so happy to encourage local. On the other hand, already 2 replacements of touch modules to raise the pouf.
A little disappointing especially since the 2nd one cost $300 and had to be replaced because the 1st one had been installed incorrectly (repairman's comment)

Purchased a sofa 18 months ago from JC Perrault, they told us the foam had a 5 year warranty, put in a service call 3 months ago…. JAYMAR finally got back to us and told us the foam is Not under warranty and we have to pay to replace it. Still waiting for service tech to back to us. After sales service is HORRIBLE!!

Ca fait maintenant 7 ans que j’ai acheté mon sofa inclinable électrique jaymar. J’ai choisi le meilleur grade de tissu imperméable etc et il a résisté au vin rouge et à de la cire de chandelle etc. Après 7 ans, il est presque comme neuf. Au départ j’ai eu un pépin avec un moteur et un technicien est venu rapidement rectifier la situation! Voici une photo 7 ans plus tard ?

I'm totally disappointed, I paid $7000.00 for my loveseat and it's already worn out because of the friction and it's getting bigger and bigger!?I would like to mention that Jaymar gave me great service and they met my expectations. They sent a technician to repair my loveseat.And I want to mention that the technician is very efficient and experienced.Thank you so much

Do not buy jaymar. Quality on a downward slope. Plus poor service. We witnessed a service representative bullying an elderly couple. Their best cooking crumbles in less than 3 years... I have an Ikea sofa that is still very beautiful after 6 years...Service: Couches/sofas
