Extremely disappointedI have always had very good service in this store but tonight it was a completely ridiculous situation.I arrive very happy I ask for them to close and tell me 10:00 p.m. greatI go to the bakery counter to buy the cake for Father's DayI it's I remembered at the last minute not proudBasically I wait for 20 minutes for the latter to give me the cake well guess the manager is not the supervisor either weirdI leave empty-handed since the employees seem not to have the right to go behind the sacred pastry counter

Super disappointed with the service. I rented a machine at 1:00 p.m. which unfortunately was defective and by the time I returned to the store, it was 3:00 p.m.I had to complain to get a full refund because they only wanted to refund me half for something I didn't even have a chance to use. They made me look like a liar and a thief. I insisted that they test the machine with me, since they didn't seem to want to believe me that their machine had a leak, but Madame said she didn't have time, but clearly had time to disrespect me by making me look like a liar.I preferred to rent it elsewhere than do business with them again.Extremely lousy customer service. No respect for customers.And yes, I decided to rent it elsewhere as you can see in the photo below…

My god the shelves are empty.And what about the expiration dates...We are always stuck with the clerks who fill the shelves with pain and misery. Already it's a small IGA, please, open a night number.
