“Why travel to the north shore when you can get the oka experience in laval. This offers a great family-friendly apple picking experience nearby with no traffic. A good size farm. It has amazing pies, juice, and other local products, including freash handmade apple donuts made live in front of you. I have been going there for 7 years now. I dont want this place to become bigger than it already is because it is a hidden gem near the city.”

“Very friendly owner and decently equipped store. Wouldn't recommend all vegetables but certain ones are ok depending on the freshness. Dry store items are well stocked.”

“Organic cultivation but seeds may not be organic. Good quality produce and variety of picking items during the season. Example, raspberry, strawberry and vegetables picking... Tomato, peppers, onion, potato, egg plant, pumpkin n more. No more picking for starberries etc”

“Since I was little we have been going to 440:) my father went there even though he didn't live in town. Freshness and variety of vegetables, especially in the summer season.”

“They have good quality produce. Their fruits are sweet and vegetables are freshly harvested. We took home some red and yellow plums, cabbage, cauliflowers, white onions, zucchini and baked apple pie. Although the pie is quite sweet for our taste, it was still delicious and we’re saving most of it with vanilla ice-cream for later.

Their produce is also priced reasonably, staff are friendly. Also, there are picnic tables and plenty of parking space for customers.”
