I just got PICKED UP by a cashier for reusable bags! Talk about a humbling experience!! Shouting in front of everyone “you are not at home to use the same” while a gentler tone could have made all the difference!!

We were treated very badly at the checkout, the cashier wanted to force me to buy the little reusable bags they have, I said no need I already have bags at home, she started to complain and throw away my groceries, so much that a lettuce split in two. I wanted to speak with the manager, but she didn't want to come forward, it was another employee who had to point her out to us while she was right next door listening to the situation. She just told me if the cashier threw away the groceries I just have to go get some more. Is this how we talk to customers? I regret not having filmed how she threw my things.

So disappointed with the service!
Customer service is lost!
I'm at the checkout. In front of me there is a lady, a sleeping baby in her arms.
The cashier without hello lectures her about the fact that she has a lot of items, that she should have put them in nets, that she should have made an effort...
However, this cashier, where was her effort to smile? say hello? , please, thank you? to help the customer pack her things, seeing that she only had one arm (this is not a free service as far as I know)
And I am also entitled to this bad service;
No usual politeness and I had to pack my items myself.
There is room for improvement!!

It seems like they sell the fruit that we put in the trash...$100 worth of fruit thrown in the trash after 2 days...without being able to eat a single one
