Visit on November 1st to buy boots for my partner and the saleswoman clearly made us feel that we were too many even though we were the only customers, she did not want to answer my partner's questions claiming that she was alone . The only 2 boots she was willing to pick up were thrown on the ground. We went to Rubino's which is 800 meters away and bought for $400. The service was impeccable. Don't waste your time at yellow, they don't give a damn about you. We'll never go back there again

Over the top service. I was there 2 days ago and it was super busy, but the staff although they were a bit overwhelmed kept their cool, kept on smiling and being helpful even with the added pressure of disgruntled clients. Hat's off to them!

No courtesy…. Saleswoman ignores you and clutters at the checkouts. I had to find the boxes for my daughters myself…. Finally I have a pair of mismatched boots ?.

Worst experience ever trying to call yellow to make a complaint not able to speak to anyone I advise everyone not to go to this yellow don't want to give me the name of its manager woow you sell shoes but you don't want to it makes no sense to buy them
