Bad after-sales service.
No way to get a refund and no guarantee on jewelry or repairs. In certain cases, they can issue a credit voucher: that is to say a small piece of paper that you better not lose otherwise all your money will disappear!
I had a piece of jewelry repaired there... after 1 month it was broken in the same place of the repair solder, but they informed me that the repairs are not guaranteed.
I also bought a ring... after just one day a small stone was already missing, after 2 days a second stone fell out... when I returned after 2 days to get a refund they refused. The dumb manager agreed to replace it with another piece of jewelry, which I hope will be of better quality. She called me a rude young girl (which according to me is in itself an insult since you are 32 years old and they treat you as if you were just a child). All with a pretentious air, while deep down I had only told the truth (poor quality and poor after-sales service) and this in a very respectful manner. I was also told that I should have chosen my jewelry better, because I chose a fragile piece of jewelry... yet the other saleswoman 2 days before told me that I would not have any problems and that it It wasn't fragile...
When making a purchase or repair, they only provide a receipt, no invoice with product description, warranty, etc. When I ask about how they work on warranties, it's very vague.. there's nothing written or official..
According to the manager, she has a very good jewelry store because it is always full of people (this is not what you can see from the comments on Google).. I would be curious to see if this will last with the service that it gives.. Probably it succeeds in attracting customers because of the good prices, but good prices unfortunately do not mean with them good quality and good after-sales service. It's better to pay a little more, but have peace of mind and encourage good traders in my opinion.
The majority of salespeople are very nice, after seeing the way the manager responded to me... the problem surely comes from management.

I would give ZERO stars if it were possible.
I will not talk about the jewelry sold in this jewelry store, nor the very limited space to move around in it, I will no longer share my disappointing experience with the saleswoman, a lady in her sixties, small in stature, graying hair (white and black) with a bangs, she should buy a smile and place it on her unsympathetic face, or buy herself a bit of motivation to come work in the store, because it is unacceptable to be so dry, closed-faced and pressing towards the customers. Unless the jewelry store belongs to her, so she doesn't have to worry about keeping her job, but if she were my employee, she won't stay another day.
Her behavior scares customers away, she stressed us out and rushed us to quickly choose the color of the stainless steel earrings, probably because it didn't bring in as much money as if we bought gold.
Anyway, a customer is a customer and we owe him the same welcome and put him at ease.
Anyway, next time, we'll go to the jewelry store next door where the salespeople are happy with their job, smiling and pleasant.

Don't go there. I don't recommend it at all.
I bought a sturdy chain. She suggested an 18-inch gold one. 2 weeks later it was 24 inches. I never pulled it and I took it off to sleep. They tell me that it's normal that they can't do anything just shorten it for me. I tell them that no, it is no longer intact, it has been knotting since it was stretched. I want to get a refund or at least exchange it for a real solid chain. She tells me that it’s normal that if I undo the knots it stretches. While she didn't tie a knot before. They keep the channel to talk to the boss on Monday. I had to call back myself 3 weeks later because I had no news. And even the person doesn't know what's going on, they say they'll call me back.

Very disappointed with the jewelry repairer, he repaired soldering on my chain three times, the manager gave me good service on account….but I won't go back there again, too bad the salespeople are nice

Several times I go to this jewelry store and always the same mediocre service, the employees are stupid as they are, no warm welcome you come in and you have the impression of disturbing, moreover when I go to collect my chain the lady with a severe tone tells me say I couldn't repair your chain and gave me a small bag, not understanding why she couldn't because all that was broken was the clasp + a diamond that had fallen into the pendant, I look at the chain and I notice that it wasn't is not at all my jewelry but a twisted bracelet so I apologize and I tell the lady that it is not my jewelry and with an even stupider look she tells me what is your jewelry I describe to her and she gives it to me without saying anything then I ask her if she managed to repair it she tells me it will cost $35 and leaves I tell her it will be paid by debit and the sigh that the lady gave me made me regret it. Go there I should have gone to Doucet who are very welcoming and smiling in short last time I set foot there

Their refund and/or exchange policy is void. Bought a ring with sapphire. I showed up once a month to have the stone straightened. The stone was moving because of the claws. Seems to be normal. Terrible customer service. Their sentence written on their invoice "no refund. Exchange or refund only with the invoice" is not respected. Jewelry stores are scams. I give zero stars.

Wedding rings paid $4000
Lost a diamond twice, weld visible to the eye, ring thinned by adjustment, weld splitting…….
Customer service is completely absent so as not to write "bad"!
I had to use their services a few times and each time I felt like I was looking askance.
Not at all friendly, not at all understanding, no empathy and zero professionals……
No matter who served me, always the same feeling that I was bothering them!
No hello when entering. I had to ask for help and when someone finally showed up, with a big sigh and a stupid look, I received poor service!

I can't believe that the owner does nothing to keep his customers...the service is absent, they have the impression of disturbing the employees have no professionalism, bought a 10k gold bracelet and barely 2 years older later it discolors...probably veneer but they will never admit it...I was a customer for 25 years but I will never set foot there again...Disrespectful business and clearly incompetent staff?

I asked the saleswoman for a 0.05 carat 14k gold pendant.She shows me and tells me they are on special at 50% off. Then sells it to me for $40.But nothing written on the bill.I doubt, I have it appraised, it's a zircon and 10k gold!I come back to solve the problem, but tell myself that it is up to me to have had a doubt before paying on the price of a diamond at $40! Except that I'm not the saleswoman!Impossible to have an exchange or refund!And when she suggests that I put a diamond on the stand, I ask for the color and clarity of the diamond, she is unable to answer me! And I say for a 0.05ct 14k diamond pendant is about $110 at other jewelry stores, she tells me it's fake diamonds!But she knows nothing about it, because she herself was unable to tell me the quality of their diamond. So I took my invoice, my fake diamond and bought where everything is written black on white and with guarantee.I had always bought from them and from Repentigny, but it seems that it is the same franchise but not the same owner.So, Édouard Terrebonne is finished barred for life!
