Service… my boyfriend bought me a ring last year worth $400 and not even a week after we received it a diamond to break so we are returning it to have it repaired with a 1 year warranty so 0$ and 1 year later she breaks the same diamond again so once again we go to the store, tell them about my situation and ask to send the ring to be evaluated to at least reduce the price when it breaks 2 times in a row like that without me doing anything so he says of course she goes to get evaluated and also repaired subsequently 2 weeks follow and he calls my boyfriend to say that the ring is ready my boyfriend asks them a question and then at the evaluation it costs me how much $$ the lady answers him I don't know why he explains the situation to her then tells her that he wanted an evaluation before having it repaired and the lady answers well the ring is ready and the price I don't have it so Pamal forgot to pay in your beast these last time I'm going to shop the mediocre service and super stupid lady.. Worst place to buy jewelry.
They have some very nice ones, but the quality leaves something to be desired. Twice to have two rings repaired which lost the diamonds and they told me it's normal, the warranty is over. It has been a year.
Normal? My wedding band bought elsewhere 5 years ago, no diamonds left?
So for me finished this jewelry store, I have to pay another jewelry store to have the diamonds repaired.

Ring left for repair on December 17 because it was deformed, I was called to collect it on January 15, the ring was enlarged by mistake...Never seen that!!! The ring is therefore sent back so that they can correct their error, it is February 7, I am still waiting and the manager tells me that I still have to wait and that I will be charged full price for the price of the repair despite their error .Unprofessional and very poor customer service.
