I had an appointment to change my tires at the start of the season. Unfortunately they lost my car key. Not finding my duplicate, they had to turn my car over to make a new key. I was without a car for 3-4 days. I was happy to find my car afterwards! On the other hand, this new key meant that my duplicate, found later, no longer worked. It's a shame because this problem caused my car to no longer start and I had to pay $300 to turn it around and have it repaired. maintenance until we understand that this is the key to the problem..The mechanic did not apologize and did not provide compensation for the entire situation..
