I explain the situation to him and finally the attendant decides to comply and give me my tickets but not now. He has to fill out some paperwork and tells me that he will give me my agent once the documentation is completed... 10 minutes later he still hasn't given me my money and asks me to sign some papers, if I refuses to comply he threatens not to give me back my tickets.. *** End of the story be careful with this employee who works in the Promenade St-Bruno branch, a smell of dishonesty and incompetence hangs over this place...***Important information...***I returned to the same counter hoping that a different person would be on shift that day. A smiling woman welcomes me. I give him my tickets and tell him the story. She is stunned and does not understand the man's behavior... In the end she tells me how much she will give me for the same transaction that I wanted to make with her colleagues the week before. She told me $135, surprised, I told her that the man in question (her colleague) had mentioned to me that I was going to receive $75 for the same transaction!!! What !!!
