Big disappointment at this branch. Manipulation by Rogers representatives regarding the monthly price I will pay in order to convince me to buy a phone at their branch. I will never buy a phone from this branch again. 0/10

Bought iphone 14 from nilofar and alfonso,they sold me a case. I told them its written iphone 13, they said will fit. Opened on the spot and didnt fit. Wont take it back. Niloofar was a very aggressive person. Even security asked her to calm down many times. She is a danger to society so i dont even know how they put her there as manager. They wont take back their item even if its there fault. I contacted le loi du consommateur. Rogers should definitely watch out for theyre employees. I am changing from rogers to another company because of her.alfonso was great untill she came in the history.

These ppl are just useless Rogers need a to put at least professional ppl In there branches.. as my own experience they just standing there knows nothing.. I recommend to avoid this roger branch

Waiting more than 3 hours for a phone changeBad information sent from employees saying that if I called customer service directly I would be credited with the $50 activation fee…..customer service told me to return to the store…ultimately impossible to have the costs credited…I gave a phone in exchange for credit3 months later I have to persist with customer service to get it $195 Still waiting….Nonchalant staff with a very rude attitudeAfter more than 10 years as a Rogers customer, I'm going to look elsewhere for sure!!!
