L'équipe de La Source Promenades Saint-Bruno m'a réellement aidé a réglé un problème simple, mais que Bell a rendu vraiment compliqué. J'ai dû me rendre à 4 magasins pour régler un problème de téléphonie mobile...les 3 magasins précédents m'ont offert un service médiocre, mais l'équipe de Saint-Bruno a sauvé la donne. Good service until I realized that the manager sold me a guarantee in exchange for a monthly discount that apparently didn't exist when I went back to another employee. I recommend you go elsewhere

This is the second time I have purchased items from this store and it is the second time I have had poor service. The employees seem completely disinterested and seem to be counting down the seconds until their shift ends, they seem more there to have fun together than to provide the service they are paid to provide. I understand that the holiday season is hard on customer service, but it's not normal that when I go to the cash register I sometimes make the employee understand that I'm there to pay for an item when I presents it to him.

Latest update: I received a check for a smaller amount than expected. I strongly advise against this branch.New update...This has been going on since August. The check has supposedly been in the mail since September 21, it is October 6. No way to get a return call or a tracking number. Still disappointed with the service.Update: I'm asked to remove the comment and the check has been lost in the trunk for 1 week... No respect for their customers.If I could give zero stars, I would.It's been over a month since the employee broke our phone by forcing the SIM card in... They must have ordered a replacement phone. After several days of waiting, I learned that it is impossible to have the same model again. After more than a week, I am still waiting for the check to replace the phone broken by them... The head office cannot help and the store does not answer calls. Pitiful service
