Very bad experience, I called before coming to return a bag of feed for my puppy, on the phone I was told no problem, when I showed up I was told that I would not be reimbursed, that I was given a loan, but I asked on the phone if they would reimburse me and they told me yes.I was very angry when I was told that the employee who answered the phone had only recently been there. Normally the employer must vouch for its employees it seems to me, so I do not recommend anyone to buy from this place. One of the employees absolutely wanted to be right and showed no understanding or empathy….very bad experience……impossible to speak to someone in authority there….
