Sent a message for an appointment on March 18, received a message that I would be contacted in 5 business days. This morning, April 12, exasperated with waiting, I called, put on hold and no one answered.
I think they don't need new customers, I'll go elsewhere.

The repairs were carried out and I am satisfied with the result, but, it was loooooong and zero follow-up, I had to call several times to ask for an update after having exceeded the deadlines that they themselves had set without return call , terrible service

I will never have it repaired again. I go to get my car and the clerk shows me that everything has been checked, I leave with the air conditioning not working, return to the garage and while I'm there I have the major cleaning done which costs close to $300, I calls from time to time to find out if the cleaning has been done I am told twice yes I checked personally... after 2 weeks I was asked to come and pick up my car nothing was done no cleaning so in all and everywhere my car was there for a good 2 months with zero cleaning that I had requested never again Beaucage ever again........?
