I really enjoyed my visit! I found everything I needed and more! I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of products. It's very big! The staff on site are friendly. I recommend it 100%!

I discolor when employees are more interested in talking among themselves instead of paying attention to those who contribute to their salary. When I was at the checkout the cashier was an older woman and when I showed my so called "loyalty card" another member of staff appeared and immediately started a conversation with the only person I I expected her to pay attention to me. The cashier pressed a button and expected me to scan the card without even looking at me. They didn't apologize, they just started discussing something work related. As if I did not exist. Then the cashier told me the amount and an unbelievable “have a nice day” once I tapped to pay. Did I feel good about my purchase? No way. I felt ignored and taken for granted that my visit had gone well and that I had found what I was looking for. Basically, they were rude without realizing it. Clearly the customer service aspect has been neglected in this company or is it because I'm a man? She was certainly engaged with her female colleague. All I know now is that Avril is no different than most other stores. I will say that most of the cashiers at Provigo located on the corner of King and Jacques Cartier streets are pleasant and engaging with the customer. This is one of the elements that attracts me to this place. Wake up, direction April! We, the customers, are always a very important part of the success of your organization. If I know what should happen in the store, why don't you know?

Lots of choice, a little expensive for my wallet, if you ask for information, you will have answers, staff knows their products and location, otherwise they have documentation.

Wonderful grocery store with beautiful healthy products. The only less pleasant side is the bill when we go there! Lots of vegetarian, gluten-free and organic options. Naturopaths on site to help you with your choices of natural supplements. It is even possible to make an appointment for personalized advice. In addition to the food prepared on site, the grocery portion and natural supplements, you will find household products, an aromatherapy area, body care products and even a beauty corner with a wide range of choices.
