Following a visit to the mechanic, my suspicions were confirmed: the treatment had been botched last year at the Sherbrooke branch (Boulevard Bourque). Rust has invaded my car. Same for my partner's car. I do not recommend!

1 my appointment was at 10 a.m. I came by at 11:30 a.m.
2 we put anti-rust grease on the exterior door, hood, did not wash the windows as expected
3 the manager called me very rude arrogant insulting
He didn't want to know anything about listening to me
For me eventually it's not just Luis in my region

We went to my mechanic today and realized that the anti-rust treatment had not been done properly. There was no treatment in the wings and in some places there was rust

Better to go to a kronw representative! Several times I went to take my cars to Metropolitan and each time the work was botched. This year I had my car serviced following rustproofing. A minimal layer and certainly has non-existent crucial place. I strongly advise you not to do business with eu. Especially if you care about your vehicle!
In response to your response the appointments were not in my name and the last vehicle in question was that of my parents.

Bien que la porte numéro 3 soit ouverte pour accessibilité, il n’y a aucun pistolet pour le rinçage. Alors on se fait voler notre 4$ de base. Très frustrant! On doit ensuite tout remettre nos tapis, etc. Dans la voiture et changer de porte. Puis, voilà, un autre 4$ vient d’y passer! Et cela si nous avons le change, en plus? Expérience très frustrante ?

The product and the technicians are great but the customer service at Antirouille Métropolitain de Sherbrooke is terrible, does not respect the schedule.
