I received the worst after-sales service I have ever had. The after-sales service manager laughed in my face. This was the first and last time I did business with them.

A 13k car comes back to me for 23k financing, fairly ordinary customer service from a seller who didn't do the follow-ups, suppose... A price which was non-negotiable because he said he made almost no profit.... first time I saw a car dealer who kept no margin to at least appear to satisfy his customer and the comparables at Mondou group were cheaper...

I stopped in trouble with an electric truck that I had rented for a day, I had no more battery and I was unable to connect to a public charging station. They lent me theirs for free and we were so nice just WOW!!!!!

As a loyal customer, I showed up without an appointment this morning at 8:00 a.m., due to a disturbing noise coming from the engine.I was able to pick up my vehicle at 10:30 a.m. with the problem resolved (alternator replaced).I highly recommend the quality of service!
