I had 4 RAM pickups. 3 weeks ago, with my RAM, I had a dangerous problem (the engine cuts out while driving) and Dodge Shawinigan were not able to find the problem. I was fully guaranteed and I had to pay for the time they looked for the problem without finding it. He told me that if they had found the trouble that I would have paid nothing. In addition he told me that I was really lucky to have had a courtesy vehicle because they don't have many that I should have thanked them rather than expressing my dissatisfaction with the situation.

Unfortunately not very good comments regarding the service department. We work for the client who says and they are ready to make a written quote with 2 more hours to do the work.No respect for working hours on a repair fixed by Chrysler Canada. No submission in writing otherwise and I quote, we have to worry.Funny way of doing things.
