Hello, I have never written one or more comments following any purchase. I never thought I would do it one day. But I have to point it out now. Yesterday I made several visits to different cities for test drives of a vehicle. Shawinigan was my last visit and my choice was almost made elsewhere before even meeting Jérémi. After meeting this young man (salespeople are all the same,,,,, sell their salad, put a lot more so that the customer leaves with the vehicle finally,,,,) Ouffff far from it with him, I listened,,,,and believe me, I must congratulate him for his service, service above all,,,,, the customer is important, no pressure... Advice to Jérémi's superiors, directors or others: Some advice! :Keep and take care of this man in your business.....another advice to other car dealers: go find such a type of advisor!!! because are rare. I was served wonderfully well and guess: I bought said car and I am very proud of it. Thank you Jeremyp.s. I don't know this advisor in any way so to speak these comments.

Pire service après vente jamais vue! Acheté un Santa fe sport 2015 en mars 2021 a cause de leur fameuse "garantie maison 10 ans ou 200 000 km sur tout ce qui baigne dans l'huile" c'est plutôt"garantie que tu va t'arranger tout seul quand la cochonnerie qu'on te vend va te peter dans les mains" ..nous sommes a 5h de route du garage mais on nous met en confiance, qu'il n'y aura pas de problèmes, que les véhicules sont inspectés avant la vente etc etc... quelques mois plus tard on se rend compte que le 4x4 ne fonctionne pas, on appelle au garage qui nous dit d'aller vers un concessionnaire Hyundai de notre région pour un diagnostic. Le verdict ; transmission et transfert case scrap on doit remplacer. On rappelle le garage avantage Honda de Shawinigan qui nous dit que puisqu'un autre garage on "ouvert" le véhicule, ils ne touchent a RIEN. s'en ai suivit un nombre incalculable de téléphones et de démarches très pénible avec des employés arrogants et franchement désagréables... 3 semaines stressantes à les appeler et tenter de trouver une solution pour finir en menaces de poursuite a la protection du consommateur et aux petites créances.. on apprendra que le véhicule a jamais été inspecté ! ça fait qu'ils l'ont réparé pour éviter les poursuites... 1 an et demi plus tard le moteur saute (véhicule toujours couvert par leur pseudo garantie fantôme) on rappelle le garage et c'est le jour de la marmotte, ils ont pas l'intention d'honorer leur garantie. Ils retournent même pas nos appels. Bon ! on se dit qu'on perdra pas encore 3 semaines a se faire niaisé, on va directement a la protection du consommateur. On se tourne donc vers le concessionnaire local pour notre véhicule, des gens sympathiques et compatissant à notre mauvaise expérience. ça prend pas 24h qu'ils nous apprennent que Hyundai Canada vont remplacer le moteur puisque le véhicule est visé par une campagne de moteur défectueux.
tiens tiens, voilà des gens qui n'ont pas les doigts dans le nez.
Bref, expérience digne d'un cauchemar! Garage à éviter à tout prix, choisissez des gens compétents à la place !

Excellent customer rating for the purchase of my vehicle, however to maintain my warranty on my engine I have to always go and do it with them while I am at 3ri and what's more they charge me $200 for my car let's say that the prox wasn't even indicated in the contract and so I was damned because it's 3x the price at a garage that I respect....
