Yesterday, my partner and I ordered a hot garnish as well as a hamburger garnished at this place. We had to wait outside for 35 minutes before receiving our order. The fries were dry and cold. As for the hamburger , the meatball was overcooked and cold, all in untoasted bread without condiments. As for the hot dog, cold sausage in untoasted bread. This order cost us $22.85 and that's without the drinks. This place should be closed, it's a real shame for Beauce.

It's definitely Casse-Croute food, it's good except our fries were a little undercooked. Nice little place, clean.

Children's menu more expensive than buying a la carte and very small portion. (90% fries, 1 strip or 3 croquettes or 10 popcorn chicken) The cooking of the fries is very uneven. (50% were over or under cooked) The spaghetti sauce was dry, I never thought I would say that. No reaction following our complaints on site, only an ok... Big disappointment, I should have relied on the latest customer comments to choose my destination!

This is our first and last experience with you…. Put not good at all and bad
Prepared. Me Caesar salad with chicken… really too much bacon and croutons… almost no dressing and very small pieces of roasted chicken and really dry. Very disappointed….for the cost, very disappointing. My partner's grill cheese is very fatty and the grill cheese is really flattened…. Not very good too…. I just understood why there weren't many people. Sorry

It was ok but nothing extravagant. The fries are good and the cheese too, but I think you should limit yourself to the classics without being tempted by the special options. The prices are good though.

Magical place where all dreams come true, the employees are among the best people I have met, smiling and pretty. If I could give 10 stars I would, this place changed my palate and opened my taste buds to revolutionary new flavors. Thank you Royal Gourmet, I love you more than my own family. special mention for the awesome clock with the food at each hour, I want one.
PS Jennyfer Cayer will eat your meatloaf elsewhere

Very disappointed this Tuesday, June 11, I went to get 2 small fries, a medium fry, and my partner had a medium poutine with Dalton bbq sauce, the fries I had the impression that I had a melted bottom, it was stiff and really not edible and for the bbq sauce poutine downright disgusting no I was disappointed and the person who worked was stupid when I asked him for salt and ketchup to answer yen on the other side ?♀️I won't go back if not

First time and last time I go to this snack bar! I ordered a meatloaf there were practically more onions than meat I returned it and asked for a hot dog instead because the meatloaf was not edible it took a good 15 minutes to make a hot dog again dog and then I asked to make another fry with it because mine had been out for 20 minutes so cold and not good, the young girl who was there clearly laughed in my face, no class at all, so poor customer service and still expensive for a snack!
