Volkswagen after service terrible. My car is rusting like crazy because the factory foams were left in the chassis. Was decline my right to the warranty in Vaudreuil. Went to Valleyfield and received the same disgusting service. Never again will I buy Volkswagen...it 's too bad because I really love my car. I strongly discourage anyone from buying from them...they don't deserve your money.

Amazing experience! I am so thankful with this dealership! Julie and all the staff treated us so kindly and they were so attentive! We were on a roadtrip our car broke down and the closest place was this one, they were so happy to have us and fixed our problems right away! They got us coffee and water and where checking on us often so we knew we were taken care of. I’m so happy we bought our car in VW and even thought we live in toronto I would definitely come back to this dealership in the future because this has been the best customer service we have received!

(Translated by Google) I have bad history with this volkswagen dealer it was in 2017 I bought a 2014 model jetta from him to work uber I went to the mechanical inspection of canadian tire and there the problems start, all the 04 brake discs are finished but to hide this defect there they only changed the pads. I spent 500 coins my first day and I said it's okay it's my fault I not my personal inspection before buying it. After 10 days no lights that come on fortunately except the break light. At that time I called him to cancel the purchase of this car and at that time I met the bad face of the people who work there. Directly they told me it's too late you buy now and they can't do anything for you except that we'll repair the breakdown for free and it's not fun because the car is still covered by the Volkswagen warranty. And in addition we sold you a good car of course with finished brake discs. The story is not over yet because after almost a year and a half of course after the warranty ended the car did a check-engine and after each filling of gas the car starts with difficulty and at the end of each year I have to to almost change the lamps of the front and rear light. With all these faults I can't sell it because I don't want anyone else if I don't notify her of all these faults. And if I claim all these defects on the sales announcement, no one will buy it. J'ai dépensé 500 pièces de mon premier jours et j'ai dis ce pas grave ce ma faute je pas mon inspection personnelle avant de l'acheter. Après 10 jours aucune lumière qui s'allume heureusement sauf la lumière de break. A ce moment là j'ai lui appelé pour annuler l'achat de cette auto et à ce moment là j'ai rencontré le mauvaise face des gens qui travaillent là-bas. Directement ils ont me dis ce trop tard tu acheter maintenant et ont peut rien faire pour toi sauf qu'on vas te réparé le panne gratuitement et ce pas plaisir parce que l'auto encore couvert par la garantie de volkswagen. Et en plus on as te vendé une bonne auto biensur avec des disques freins finis. L'histoire ne pas finis encore parce-que après presque un ans et demi biensur après que la garantie finis l'auto a fait chek-engine et après chaque remplissage de gaz l'auto demarre difficilement et en fin à chaque année je suis obligé de changer presque les lampes du lumière avant et arrière. Avec tous ces défauts je ne peux pas le vendre parce que je ne veux pas qu'elle qu'un d'autre si je ne l'avise pas à tts ces défauts. Et si je réclame tts ces défauts sur l'annonce de vente personne il va l'acheter. Et voilà en fin toute mon expérience avec ce concessionnaire.

If i could give 0 stars I would. I have had the WORST customer service experience at this Volkswagen dealer. Not the first time iI have financed a car and ive never had so many mistakes and errors happen.Lots of sketchy things have happened and were not willing to help me find a solution and told me to go elsewhere... Never have I been so mis treated by a group of people as much as here. I have been trying to contact the manager for the past few weeks with no answer. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE IF YOU WANT GOOD SERVICE!!

Very bad and rude costumer service. I called asking for car pricing and Martin was getting too personal with me on the phone and proceeded to hang up mid conversation when i refused to answer his unprofessional questions. I tried calling back saying that i wanted to talk to a supervisor but got denied. Very bad costumer service and the people there dont care about the costumers, they only care about making money off your back. Stay away at all costs.

These folks are absolutely AWESOME! What started off as a bad experience (A genuine mistake) ended up in being the best experience I've ever had with a car dealership. We had initially purchased a VW vehicle from this dealer a few years back and then found out that there were some issues with the car that had not been known when purchasing; when we notified the dealership (A few years later, but it was an honest oversight on their part) they immediately took responsibility of the matter and saw to it that everything was rectified. We had the pleasure of dealing with a Mr. Maxime Chatel, who was quite simply incredible; he not only purchased the vehicle back from us, gave us a premium on the price, replaced it with a better car (More recent model with more equipment) but they also ensured our happiness by going the extra mile for us. They gave us winter tires and a mag-package as well as all the while being incredibly nice to deal with. We felt like we were treated very fairly and this is very uncommon in today's world. Please note that we live about 45 minutes away from this dealership and do have one that is about 7 mins from where we live (so much closer) but chose to go to Valleyfield because of the 'people' there, as mentioned before, Mr Maxime is a gem of a person, you will never find this type of service and it was largely due to him and his way of dealing with clients, but all of the staff there were / are awesome from the Receptionist to Madame Kim (who took care of the financing and paper-work aspect of the process). I 'highly' recommend going to this dealership for a vehicle and it does not have to necessarily be a Volkswagen since they can also find any other vehicle (brand) for you based on your budget and preferences; I can guarantee that I will be always buying a car from these folks in the future as well. Remember, you can purchase the vehicle here and then service it at a location closer to where you live even though we go all the way there for servicing too because of how they treat people and this is the most important aspect of any dealings. I love VW Valleyfield and am writing this review only because of how we were treated from start to finish, we already have purchased the vehicle and so there is no incentive for me to put this outstanding review aside from the fact that we are so pleased with them. Superb job guys and thank you so much for simply being 'fair'... BRAVO!
