After hearing a return call from them, 4-5 hours passed, I decided to call them to follow up and they answered me "have forgotten you lack of staff" seriously!!I didn't get an apology from the employee on the phone, really a lack of professionalism!!So, I am happy that me and my family made the decision to change pharmacies.
