We have been customers of this garage for 2 years and have always received excellent service from making appointments to picking up our cars and that's without counting the quick checks in case of concerns. Perfect service, were able to check my car the same day I called and were able to repair it later that day. The mechanic even repaired the ''forgetting'' to tighten the bolt on my oil breakdown from my oil change the day before done at Canadian Tire.

It's really frustrating when you tell them to go and test the vehicle so they can hear the sound it makes but in the end they don't hear anything... It's not normal to have to go and have the brakes checked 3 times to return home with the same problem. And each time you have to explain the same thing again on the phone because you're not talking to the same person... I'll never go there. Never had bad service like this. If my wife asks you to test drive the vehicle after the service you shouldn't tell her you're going to do it if you don't. And you should say it before you do any lining up so we don't have to wait to have an appointment elsewhere to do it.
