I won't go back to Boyer again. Julie, the manager, was uncompromising. She admits the mistake of a new employee, but refuses to give me the 15% discount in effect. For $4.50, she prefers to lose a good customer who regularly buys between $50 and $100. Well done !

I placed an order online and paid for my item. They call to say that I will have to pay more (pay an additional amount) if I want to receive what I paid for at the price listed on their website. This is an extremely questionable practice which leads me to distrust this company with which I was doing business for the first time.
I do not recommend this place which decides, once the transaction is concluded, to charge more than the prices displayed and gives the ultimatum to pay more if you still want to receive the item for which you have already paid.
Also They removed my negative review from their Facebook page even though it was an honest review, because ultimately they don't want people to know that they might be given an ultimatum of having to pay more than the listed price.

This bookstore hasn't changed its decor since my primary school days (30 years), it would be time to bring it up to date, because it is very outdated and poorly organized. The staff is nice, the service is good, but the store leaves something to be desired!

Ordered online, there was a delay but they notified me. So I have nothing to say at this level, I am satisfied with my order.
As for “after” that’s something else. I understand that the comments are not all pleasant BUT I did not appreciate having received a call from the bookstore to ask me if I had any comments to make (while being very unpleasant and stupid we must admit) when This was not the case. Mistakes happen to everyone I agree, but from there to calling the wrong client for the accused of an opinion received while being very insistent on the "Are you sure that you have nothing to say " even though I didn't even receive my order and my experience so far was fine, it was ordinary. Customer service needs to be reviewed I think.
Please don't call me next time.
