My opinion is divided. If it's the owner who is there, the rating rises to 5 and I have nothing negative to say. On the other hand, his employee is a really unpleasant person who literally despises customers.
In my presence, I heard him speaking against the boss on the phone to someone. Then, she deceived Valleyfield's BS by adding "that's exactly it, you understood everything". This clearly referred to me as a person who looked a little unkempt that day. I won't tell you the whole conversation, but on a few occasions she made this type of comment, adding "no need (probably no need to hang up) you know what it is, it's wasting our time , but that doesn’t buy anything.”
As she hung up, she asked me sharply, “Are you looking for something in particular or are you here to look”?
Believe it or not, I have rarely been treated so badly in a business.
