I recently received exceptional service and delivery with washer and dryer installation. Delivery speed was on time, and the staff was very professional and attentive. Terrible service, served by an employee
who knew absolutely nothing, we were fooled by a purchase which is marked guaranteed but the supervisor says that it is not guaranteed!

Very surprised by the very good comments about the delivery because I had 2 very disappointing experiences. The 2 young delivery men have no knowledge of installing a washer and dryer and everything is done in a hurry. For the freezer at my elderly in-laws they did nothing at all and they didn't even adjust the legs....my husband did everything. Service without consideration for the customer. Once paid, the motivation is no longer there. Are young delivery men family? thus not being afraid of being fired..........
