I am more than impressed by VitroPlus/Ziebart (gas station on rue Industriel in Laval), especially by Alex. Customer service beyond extraordinary. Alex helped me when Lebeau Windshield Repair Services wouldn't even offer to try to repair my windshield with a surface burn. Alex took my car over, tried to repair the best he could and although it wasn't possible to get it completely off my windshield, my windshield is now smooth. It's a quality service. Thanks for your time, Alex, and for offering to try to fix it.

Alex helped when Lebeau Windshield repair services did not offer to even try to fix my windshield with a surface burn. Alex took in my car, attempted to repair as best he could and although it is not possible to have it disappear from my windshield completely, my windshield is now smooth.
