The BEST Honda!! I couldn't have asked for a better experience for my first purchase! From the start I was welcomed with professionalism, transparency and the entire team listened to my needs. Even though we came late in the evening, Sébastien was really warm, enthusiastic and ready to do anything to give us the best possible experience. I go to Honda Ste Rose for an electrical problem, after 2 hours of diagnosis I am asked to change all the electrical wiring of the engine for $4000. I decide not to do it and I go to a small garage in Montreal North. Problem diagnosed and resolved in 2 hours for a total of $800 per piece installed.
Conclusion: Honda, false diagnosis charged $250. A garage in Montreal North diagnosed and resolved the problem in 2 hours of work.
This is the second Honda Canada dealership where I have had this type of problem, service too expensive for demonstrated incompetence. Other than changing the tires and oil, I don't know what they are good for.
