Very poor service from the nurse who was on duty Friday March 1st around 2:00 p.m. Ear unblocking carried out poorly, they barely scratched the inside of my ears, they were just as clogged when I arrived home. $20 thrown in the trash. I will never enter this pharmacy again.

Very disappointed with the service. I take the trouble to order my prescriptions online to wait less time, but the online order line is not respected. Then I order and pay online. I go to the counter already paid and I am told to wait my turn because this line is also used for those who have not already paid. I am transferring my file elsewhere.

Excellent service, the pharmacists give excellent advice, the cashiers always have a beautiful smile, the only negative point is a clerk at the prescription reception counter, whose name I prefer not to mention. Rather wait or come back than have her serve me.

They often don't answer the phone and ask for 4 hours before coming to pick up their medications even though we're talking about diabetes strips where everything is ready and all they have to do is stick a sticker on the box. Ridiculous!

1 time in 50 years that I call a Pharmacist for more information usually I manage it myself but I have Thrombo-Phlebitis left leg from the Calf to the groin, I was on hold for 20 hours in St -Eustache priority 4 and never seen a doctor, before deciding to find an ultrasound by all means, I just wanted to know more information on the anticoagulant that I have just started, and if I can take painkiller because it is very painful. .wow we are in a very bad situation in Quebec, we have to learn to take care of ourselves, I tell you. answer: no Advil or Naproxen because it weakens your blood vessels, Tylenol and see the rest with your doctor.

I went by yesterday to rent crutches, the staff at the checkout is unprofessional, only one young man seemed to want to help me (thanks to you) but he was asked to take care of the checkouts instead of serving me. I was made to wait 15-20 minutes because no one wanted to "do crutches", 4-5 cashiers were "pitch the ball" and said in front of me loud and clear that no one wanted to deal with it... From the politeness and a little manners are the least we can do... I wasn't buying chewing gum, I needed crutches for someone injured, a little empathy and professionalism would have been very appreciated. A more senior cashier "Maya" finally took care of me after all this time (thanks to you).

Pure place ever...call for a delivery at noon, call back at 4:15 p.m. because still not received.....stupidity! And it wasn't for chips and candies....it's for pedyalite... frankly letting a customer suffer anything and that because I asked for gravols not ginger the pharmacist never told me recalled....

Well done to all the prescription staff, you are like bees in a hive.I have always been very well served with a smile even if they were full of it, the pharmacists are good advisors and take the time.Yes there is a wait sometimes, it’s because people are so well served that they don’t go elsewhere.Thanks to all the staff, I love my Jean Coutu.
