My worst sugar shack ever!
Several points make this place a failure:
Very clear syrup on the table and little/no taste.
Sausage in a broth without maple flavor, ultra clear and liquid like water.
Very ordinary ham, served dry, not grilled, without sauce or maple syrup.
No bacon.
Ordinary beans, overcooked ear of corn.
On our table of 6, 6 of us said that the best was the potatoes...
Looks like a tourist trap, the employees and service were excellent.

Almost empty room, for a Saturday! Registered sugar shack and show!!! Only the tablecloths give the atmosphere, no good cabin smell. Were greeted with a bill upon arrival and questionable bar service!!! Not yet seated and the soup already served, good taste my very pasty and cold consistencies, very slow service afterwards. ridiculous portions for 10 people, have to look askance if they still ask, they feel bad!!! thin ham and ordinary taste, everything lacks taste… dumpling stew very good! had to run with my cup to have coffee for everyone at the end of the meal. All the other tables finished before us and had to wait after us for taffy. Madam who serves the taffy, not at all friendly with people and children, grainy to boot!!! Have this been warned, one line per person, well let's see!!! he even missed it for the last ones. We are at the cabin!!!!! Very disappointed…never again!

Nous étions 5 et nous avons adoré la nourriture (excellente soupe aux pois, ragout super, cretons...) et tout était chaud et bien apreté. Personnel très courtois. Très bel endroit intime. Cela fait différent d'aller dans les grandes salles bruyantes ou tout le monde coure. Je recommande cet endroit local et on aussi assister à de bons spectacles en rodage.
