J'ai dû appeler GM Canada 2 fois après avoir laisser 3 messages à 2 personnes différentes. Je n'ai reçu AUCUN retour d'appel, ni du vendeur, ni du directeur des ventes. Après 3 semaines d'attentes et la date de fin de location qui approchait, j'ai dû trouver un plan B. J'ai donc communiquer avec Lussier chevrolet où j'ai obtenue un excellent service.

For our part, very bad experience with this dealership! It was our first and last time. We ended up canceling the sale with them and went to Cadillac Brossard where we had impeccable service!

Your comment once again demonstrates your contempt for your customers. It’s absurd to see that you are trying to blame my dissatisfaction with your establishment on a whim on my part. So, as you seem to ignore the real reason for my comment, I am happy to share it with you!
You look down on your customers with arrogance. You don't keep appointments and keep under our noses when we don't make one.
One of your employees used extremely inappropriate, vulgar and unprofessional language. Especially since we were in the presence of my child!!
We have been lied to many times. Even from the sales manager when we wanted to cancel everything.
And finally, we had "threats" from the seller that you had my deposit and my signature. While mentioning that it was my fault if he couldn’t find my vehicle! In short, big nonsense!
KEEP AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!

Very disappointed after attempting to contact this dealer 4 times. Used their website to both text and email my interest in a vehicle on their lot. After no response 1 week later, I called and was redirected to their used car salesperson. Left a detailed message with my name and phone number and after another week has passed, no response. I was ready to put a deposit on a vehicle over the phone but they couldn’t bother to return any messages… guess business must be real good if you can ignore potential customers.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I bought my vehicle 4 years ago and since then I have had nothing but problems. Starting with the fact that they sold me a car with a DEFECTIVE turbo. I went to carry my vehicle, I explained the situation and Mr. Mario Pelletier answered me; That's anti-skid, my little lady. He clearly takes me for a c****. Then they had to keep my vehicle, but supposedly didn't have a courtesy vehicle, I had to fight and wait two hours for a vehicle. They made me pay for an inspection that I didn't ask for, tried to make me pay for a repair that they caused themselves by doing my oil change... In short, every time I contact them they are really stupid, not professional at all and when I mentioned it to the receptionist she told me that Mario Pelletier and Claude are overloaded this week, IT'S BEEN 4 YEARS THAT'S THE SAME MY LITTLE LADY. I strongly advise against this dealership.

I had a great experience with this dealer. Went to other 4 GMs dealers willing to change my lease and at Deschamps they were the most detailed oriented and friendly people. Specially Mr. Yvan Laliberte who sold me the vehicle. But the entire team is very professional, they took less than an hour to delivery the car with all the documents, plate installed and vehicle walk-through. I really recommend this dealership for everybody living around Saint-Julie, Saint-Hubert, St-Bruno area who is looking for a GM vehicle.
In fact, I got another vehicle from this dealership and I couldn't recommend more. I even prefer to have my car service there than a closer dealership near to my place.
