“I have never been to the store but I had the opportunity to order an item (pastry robot) online. My choice of color was not available, the store was proactive and called me to inform me that they had to bring in this color, which would delay delivery. It's rather rare today for merchants to inform the customer of a delay (it's generally up to the customer to call to find out where the order is) so it's really appreciated! The package finally arrived in a more than reasonable time, very well packaged and protected. Very good experience on my side.”
