You want to change your doors and windows, run away! There is no real skill in this store. The ordering tools are old and the “specialists” do not master the products. It’s cheaper than in specialized places but the savings aren’t worth it. I ended up with the wrong door despite the fact that I moved four times, brought photos… and then we become responsible for their mistakes. The window clerk is a supposed designer but never understood that I wanted prestige moldings, which is not complicated. No experience with high end. Very disappointing.

Special attention to Mr. Alexandre Lefevre, CEO of Groupe BMR. Very dissatisfied with the BMR warranty (SAINT-CATHERINE) after purchasing an outdoor aluminum patio table model # 001-5333 value $500
defective (manufacturing problem) manufacturers say interior water infiltration??? after 1 year and 3 weeks
BMR can do nothing for its customer even after contacting their manufacturers.

Workers clearly hate their job. I showed up at 4:55pm on a Sunday. They close at 5pm.The doors were locked, I needed to buy one thing. In and out.I showed them the time on my phone. And I was responded with sorry we're closed.
