Hello to you thank you I love this pharmacy it saved my life thank you to the male pharmacist I don't give a name but it's your best asset the kindest courteous and professional thanks to him a prescription from my doctor which could have killed me if mixing with what I already had on file was canceled and he was able to professionally explain to me why they wouldn't give it to me. Sometimes it can be long but when it's fast and efficient your only problem but quite important thank you especially for the survival of your pharmacy and the reason pk I only put 4 stars instead of 5 that's because I won't say no but there is to a very tall blonde pharmacist with blue eyes who one day will lose a lot of customers even I'm sure it's already happening this woman is always angry, frustrated and rude I saw her shout at a gentleman who came to get the medicine for his wife because he didn't know what medicine he had left at home (she also shouted last night at my daughter-in-law's dad who was coming to get a prescription) I'm sorry but apart from this lady your pharmacy would be the best too of people leave you to use pharmaprix because of this woman and even when I see that it's her I go and wait until the next day I don't understand why she is always there in short thank you to the owner super charming and competent thank you for the care of all your other pharmacist

seriously talk to your checkout clerks he never knows how to take care of us he continued to talk with his colleague my girlfriend said hello to him no response...... after scanning my things he asks me how do you pay oops I asked him if we had raised the pigs together......poor little one he seemed lost........lack of management or is it your way of doing things?

I have rarely had such bad service. Do this by calling and texting that the orders are ready. When we come to pick them up, they cannot find the order and it is ultimately not done/so obviously not ready. A problem that comes up repeatedly. Very disappointing.

My veterinarian advised me to go to the pharmacy to get eye drops (polysporin) while waiting for a consultation for my eye, I have yellowish/greenish discharge and itching that sits at the level of the internal corner. This bothers me a lot, I am a 4 month old little Labrador and I need my drops! My master will have to go to another pharmacy in Quebec to get some, since the pharmacist has called the local pharmacies to forbid them to sell me some.First time seeing this! Have given you the right to prescribe, do it!!I did not ask for morphine but for polysporin!! The worst associated risk is antibiotic resistance!!!!
