I want to share my experience communicating with the owner (cashier), rather than the overall experience at the venue itself. I arrived with three others, and we confirmed that the tour would be 30 minutes. After purchasing our tickets, we entered and waited for 20 minutes without any guidance, and the speakers weren't working. We attempted to scan a QR code, but it didn’t function.
We decided to leave and approached the reception to ask if we needed a guide or any assistance. The owner/cashier informed us that they had forgotten to send someone and attempted to call the guide. We explained that we were short on time and had already waited for 20 minutes. He stated that they couldn't issue a refund and then began a video call without responding to us.
I continued to seek clarification about the situation, but the owner/cashier became very angry, left his booth, and started speaking disrespectfully. I calmly explained that I was merely providing feedback about our experience and that I didn’t even need a refund. He shouted and insisted that we were the first group to encounter such an issue, and compared our situation to asking for a refund after a movie we didn't enjoy. I reminded him that we didn’t receive the full experience or service, and therefore we should be entitled to a refund.
Overall, the owner was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional, while we remained calm and simply offered honest feedback.

I loved my visit!!
I didn't expect that at all.
It is, in addition to its impressive size of 100m by 17m in height, one of the most magnificent works of Art that I have ever seen!
To put on your “bucket list” of places to visit.
Thanks to Anne-Marie, the guide who accompanied us and described everything to us with passion, both the history of the work, the history of the cyclorama and then that of the canvas.

We stumbled across this while heading up the mountain. Curiosity made us stop. I can't explain how amazing it was! The presentation, the history, the tour-guide, and the painting were all so incredible. If you want to see a true Canadian treasure that has been on display fir nearly 130 years, this is it! Stop by, spend some time checking out all the aspects of the painting, speak to the volunteers, and be blessed by the whole experience!

I loved it, it was better than the monster spectacular. Motorcycles rolling on the walls. Do not let yourself be influenced by the appearance of the building. I will go back, the hot dogs were very good although a little expensive

An outstanding work of art. If you're going to the basilica, you should try to see the cyclorama as well.We dropped by on the off-season, and the staff was kind enough to show us in anyway. This panorama is an exquisite masterpiece filled with mind-blowing detail, showing a level of artistic dedication that very few works can match, and the staff are working hard to maintain this beloved little piece of history. Art lovers should definitely try to contact them for a visit if the Cyclorama is closed. Thanks again for the tour and the warm welcome!

Was able to plan a private visit to this amazing place. Pierre, the owner, let me in and let me experience this overwhelming piece of art. I especially came here to see the restauration work Christo Stefanoff did in 1958/1959. The building still breathes the old grandeur of the time this was a heavily visited place. When tv and film did not exist, cycloramas were the best way to experience grand events or places. The painting in the cyclorama is 450feet wide and 45feet high. It blew me away. This place recently became World heritage.
