I had a great experience purchasing my wood stove at Maison Multi-Foyers in Ste Agathe. The team was friendly and very knowledgable. The installation was also of really high quality and executed by a professional team. After I purchased and the stove was installed, when I had a few questions Ivo and Sabrina were always available to help. I highly recommend Maison Multi-Foyers for home fireplace and stove needs.

1- Initial contact was clear and very professional. My partner came out with a submission that he understood since the advisor took the time to explain it to him.
2- Installation:
I'll try to be brief but really WOW!
Rémi and Danis and professionalism go together. The expression going above and beyond service was the case. They brought our installation of the new wood stove up to standard, but it didn't stop there... They explained each step so that my partner understood the anomalies we had. They do everything necessary to keep the places where they work clean at all times. At the end of the work I was embarrassed, they barely took the mop to wash the floors.
So here is my final opinion:
Professional, courteous, fast, conscientious, respectful, AND HONEST.
