Now that I read the comments I really regret having done business with you.
Engine for almost $3000 purchased on May 28. My garage informs me that it is no good and therefore does not work. I've called Bifco so many times I can't count. I have always been courteous and polite and I have the impression that he is making fun of my patient. Not now! No new delivery and does not want to reimburse me even though I am under warranty. I sent a formal notice on July 5 and want a refund. If there is no action from them, I will do like the others, I will file a complaint.
I am not used to making publications but I have to to protect others. People work hard for their money not to lose it like this.

The biggest disappointment of my life I bought a $1900 engine which I was recommended to install in one of their affiliated garages in Sainte Claire. their mechanic destroyed my car the engine was not the right one plus I had a loss of $14,000 my car + my engine and the installation failed. I lost everything, I wanted compensation, I got no response from them. I sent them a formal notice and received no response from them. so we'll see you in small debt and I recommend anyone to do business with them. these more problems than positives from doing business with bifco. we'll see you again in court you're at 2 takes you should have responded to my formal notice

We are all affected by price increases. I had to change my car because my engine blew. Not having the means, a friend told me about this place. They found me the right engine and changed it.
I made my 10 year old car look younger for a fraction of the price!

Fraudulent company!! They sell saying they deliver within 5 days. I pay the deposit and dismantle my old loan to reinstall. I contacted the seller again who knew exactly what was selling to me and the next day when I asked for news it came back which seller worked in landscaping. !! You respond here so that I can communicate with you but you don't respond..

Aucun professionalisme, incompétant, pas fiable. Niaise les clients, garde les dépots même lorsque l'erreur de modèles viens d'eux. 1 mois de perte de temp. Ils disent d'appeler pour règler les problèmes dans les commentaires mais ne répond quasi jamais et ne veulent rien regler. 1 étoile c'est déjà trop pour une compagnie bidon voir frauduleuse.

Terrible service. I drove down and purchased a 3.7L ford engine from them and had my mechanic install it come to find out the engine they gave me is knocking worse then the motor I took out. I contacted them to get a replacement as they say there’s a 30 day warranty. They agreed to replace it but had to find me one. Then they told me they found me a working motor but they had to remove it from the vehicle. Since then I’ve been calling and nobody answers the phone. Don’t buy anything from these guys unless you want to lose a bunch of money.
