Monday May 20, I'm going shopping at iga. Super friendly cashier, very good packer too. He bags my order but leaves the brioches for 6.99 in the basket and not the bag. I take my bag and leave towards the house. When I got home, I emptied my groceries and realized that my brioches were missing. Immediately, I called Iga to let me know, they told me to come to the store and we will check it out.
I arrive there, he checks on the cameras, they realize that a young person took the buns from my basket because I had forgotten them there. The error is human.
I ask them if they can refund me or let me get another one that is on their shelves. I spend $400 a week there, I'm a loyal customer...it's still a 6.99 product that's probably not going to be sold today, it's still 6:00 p.m. Absolutely no, it's my mistake... you've just lost a customer and I'll never set foot there again. If you want to have me as a client again, you should write to me if I don't hear from you, it's over

At lunchtime, they generally have a great offer of meals of the day (minimum 3-4 different choices), at a more than reasonable price, around $8 or $11 with the soup of the day, the dessert of the day and a drink. Good solution for an inexpensive dinner!

I've had the scene card for a year and more and I've never received my $10 discount because you absolutely have to earn the points only on the promotions advertised and which doesn't suit me every time. Moreover, on the bakery side, homemade pizza is no longer what it used to be... a dough puffed up like bread with almost nothing in the way of toppings. No more IGA for me. Just one last remark, the IGA in Saint-Sauveur has a good homemade pizza and is not comparable to the one in Saint-Adèle.

REALLY DISAPPOINTED! I've been hesitant to write a review for months because I'm very loyal to this grocery store, but I'm tired of buying rotten fruits and vegetables. The quality has drastically declined in the supply of fresh products. Since the pandemic, organic fruits and vegetables have become worse and worse. The diversity has decreased and the food is still rotten, even the day it was purchased! Here in photo of avocados and potatoes! I can't believe, at the price of food today, that I no longer want to pay attention to quality. What's happening ???? I went to IGA for their diverse offering and access to organic products. That's it for fresh produce, I will now only go to Vogel, just opposite. I have never had a problem with Vogel regarding fresh produce. So I don't understand why IGA lowered the quality like that.
