I called here last week to change a battery on a BMW on Friday morning. The front desk told me they had time to do it. I even advised them that it was the battery that needed to be changed, nothing else. I towed the car to their house then after an hour the reception called me saying it wasn't the battery and there were other things. I tried to convince them but without success. They told me they didn't have time to repair it and then it was Friday, I live in Montreal. I towed the car home to town, went to buy a new battery, changed it myself, and then the car started without problems. All this to say that not all mechanics are competent, don't believe everything they tell you.

I stopped 10-15 minutes before closing, without an appointment. My tire was flat and even though they were in juice (tire change period) I was immediately taken in to check everything, free of charge. THANKS!!
