The owners are nice, but their chocolates really aren't good. For example, hazelnut chocolate is only chocolate with a rancid nut inside, blueberry chocolate is the same thing with a single mini blueberry inside, fleur de sel contains a motton of salt inside. , it's stealing at the price they charge! No ganache, no jelly, just a block of chocolate and not good chocolate. It's surprising that it's still open as a chocolate factory! Go somewhere else!

I don`t Know If you are the same owners who were there in 2001 as I had happy time staying there for a short break. I was in Canada to meet up with a beautiful lady who was to become my wife., So I still remember the fond times I spent there and how you were part of my life and my future marriage.
