Honestly we were VERY disappointed. I do not recommend going there for access to the bath only. We already waited 8-10 minutes at the counter before being served. But hey it happens...They have a single tiny square of cold water where you have to squat down to hope to successfully bathe your legs. The small pool could have had double the water...plus it is not even located near the only two other small hot water pools. One of the two is only a hot water pool. There is no jet (the medium sized one) and the other one is super small and has a little hose that lightly propels the water. Basically if you want the spa effect of relaxation and massage by the jets...go your way because like us you will be very disappointed. There are a few dry saunas and one with eucalyptus. Which was very correct. For the locker rooms it's not great. I washed myself in the shower and had to get dressed there too because there was no dry, private space to get dressed when leaving. So dress yourself in the wet or don't be modest and hop naked in front of people who might enter. My partner said that in the men's locker room his shower stopped every 10 seconds. Personally I didn't have this problem in the women's locker room.Brief. We left after 1h20 very disappointed to have paid $54/person. We thought it was clearly not worth the price! Knowing that we were going to the Finnish spa which costs barely more but which REALLY offers more. The only positive things to say is the location. There is a great view, and privacy. There are very few people. Personally, it was not the experience we expected. But hey for those who prioritize privacy and the view it can be a good option.Otherwise don't expect great value for money....

My husband and I had a lovely time. We enjoyed the waterfall hottub and relaxation room. We were disappointed that there was no tv in the room. The jetted tub in the room was too noisy. The electric fireplace was enjoyable, however since it is the only heat source for the room, it makes the air very dry. The room would need a humidifier.

The weirdest experience I have ever had in a spa.The woman at the administration was smoking outside when we arrived and came in with us to welcome us.Her husband was behind the counter yelling at a lawyer, we could clearly understand that he was getting sued and he was really upset. It looks more like a house converted in a spa.All the amenities are basic non-commercial stuff, like made for a house. The dining room looked like a sugar shack with checkered tablecloth and nothing relaxing at all.We had to remove the spa cover ourself to jump in the house-sized spa for 4 people. We had to go to the reception to ask to turn on the heat of the dry sauna in the ancestral tower and wait 20 minutes before going in.The long chair are the cheap zero-gravity chairs you buy at Cotsco.I guess it must be cute for someone who never went to a spa before. We had gift certificates, so I can’t complain on the price. But I would definitely not this kind of gift to someone.

I received the tuango package as a birthday gift. I really liked the location and the calm of this place. Yes, there are a few things to improve in my opinion, but for me, the service, the tranquility, the fireplace and the whirlpool bath in the room made me forget that some of the spa jets do not work.Value for money is great and the lunch box breakfast is a great idea! Thanks to the whole team for allowing me to relax and forget that I'm aging too quickly ??I will definitely go back!

On a girl's day, we had the basic spa and and a therapeutic massage. Even with the basic package we had access to a lot of things, we were able to relax and unwind. There were few people and even if it had been full it was still a small site so ideal for those who don't like being 150 in the same spa.I recommend and I will definitely return. Very affordable too and even the small restaurant is affordable with small pizzas for $10 or $12....etc...Very friendly staff and on the lookout to meet our needs...Food & drinks: Soft drink, water, sparkling water, a few beers....pizza of all kinds and nachos...very affordable.

Unfortunately it was not a good experience in this artisanal micro spa which needs a lot of love and renovation! The worst part is the customer service. The receptionist at reception when I arrived gave me the impression that I was bothering her. She got angry because I had a question and I interrupted her conversation with an employee... phew! The facilities in the basement for some treatments are outdated and very, very basic. We ask ourselves questions about the hygiene of the premises. The exterior scenery is good. But it's so small, including one of the 2 dry saunas which is so small that you can't stay for 30 seconds because it's too hot. So we have to call the maintenance worker with a walkie talkie (it didn't work by the way) so that he can start us on the treatment stations (salt room, detoxification through the feet) so he arrives with his big boots and his hat between a snow removal job or something else…. He’s nice but it’s very “haystack”. The pressotherapy boots are stained because they are too old, it makes you not want to use them. The foot detox treatment lasts 30 minutes, the lady was supposed to put on music but she never came...I was left alone without music. The toilet in the basement is glued to the micro wet sauna and the infrared sauna which seems to have been bought on Amazon... as there was a sewer backup it didn't just smell like eucalyptus around... phew! In short, I am very disappointed with my experience and especially with the reception who charged me an extra $10 and did not reimburse me. In addition, the person had misunderstood my reservation and I almost didn't get a room. I don't recommend sorry!

I gave the property two stars due to the lack of whirlpool jets in the spas and lack of lighting, which affected my relaxation experience. No notice before making the purchase to mention that there is no whirlpool jet, which seems obvious in a spa. In addition, most services are blocked, and to access additional activities it is you have to pay considerable fees of $20-30 each to use the rooms with a time limit.Locker rooms do not provide adequate privacy, and changing space is limited, especially for solo guests. However, I would like to emphasize that the customer service was satisfactory, with a pleasant visit and a friendly hostess. The positive was the hummus, which was excellent. I highly recommend purchasing the health plate.Additionally, I regretted the absence of eucalyptus in the steam sauna mentioned with eucalyptus. This omission also contributed to my mixed perception of the visit to Spa Beau Rêve

Great place to rest and recover and also kiss and cuddle with your lover! With the overnight stay you get to have access to the spa and you can bring your wine in a tumbler and enjoy the scenery. The room was great, but some things could be improved. During winter the floor is really cold so a heated floor would be a nice add-on. The massages are amazing, strongly recommend. The on-site restaurant could be better, it's more like a snack bar, but still an option in a pinch. We opted for a restaurant in town Gueule de loup, which closed late so we could get nice takeaways for a romantic dinner in our room. Overall we really enjoyed our stay, thank you!Nearby activities: SkiWalkability: Restaurants nearbyFood & drinks: You can buy drinks or bring your own.
