It’s twice now I go fill up and give them the IGA coupon and they refuse it. Stating that there system doesn’t accept it but keep it for the next fill up. My fill ups are $150 at a time. You’ll never see me here again . Really bad service

For a Shell/Convenience store, no engine oil. And, I really needed it, it was empty. And, far from home, windy and cold day. Had to call a tow truck.

Too cheap to turn on the lights in the evening, it's impossible to fill my bike because it's too dark and it doesn't turn on the lights at the pump. I mentioned it to the clerk, she didn't care at all. CONGRATULATIONS you have lost a daily customer
