I am giving this review because every winter the walkways and front entrance to get to the ATM or into the bank is icy or in bad condition, without salt or sand on icy areas. It would be much better if the areas would be cleaned and safe to walk on.

The people at the branch are competent and very courteous. Very good service for my part.

Pleasant and courteous staff. Rarely do I have queues. The service is impeccable in English and French. I appreciate the fact that this bank is open on Saturdays. This allows you to make an appointment without having to stress a time slot in the already busy week.
