    Clean premises, polite staff, well located, nice building, lots of parking spots

    Terrible wait times...this is not acceptable.. this isn't downtown Montreal, furthermore finding parking in the parking lot is next to impossible. The bank tellers are competent and courteous.

    Super good service with all the employees I met! Don't be fooled by negative reviews, these people are often in a bad mood even before being served!
