First time I set foot at the Provigo in St-Sauveur, and certainly the last, it's a shame because there are good products but the cashier I ran into, I have never been so poorly served in my entire life. life in a grocery store, Elyse your attitude and service is rotten! she literally threw my articles on the carpet was very unpleasant in short I will never set foot in this establishment again.

The size of this grocery store ?? there is literally everything.Organic section!Specialty products!Clean, big, lots of variety, lots of food you can't find elsewhere.Fruits/vegetables always look good. I love doing my grocery shopping at your place ?Update: Tuesday, February 6, 2024I'm giving three stars instead of 5 because on several occasions when going to the bathroom I encountered problems. Bad smells are common, consumable dispensers are often empty, and toilet paper rolls are left messy everywhere. This is frankly unacceptable! Additionally, diaper collection systems create an unpleasant odor in the surrounding area. I add photos to support it.To the merchant, please feel free to write here once the lingering challenge is resolved.

The store is nice but the cashiers are kinda unhelpful who clearly hate their jobs.. we needed their help at the self check-out but they ignored us ( kept talking to their colleagues).If I wanted bad service I'd go to Super C at least its cheaper!

What a surprise when entering this Provigo! In Quebec, they have almost all disappeared, and in any case it wasn't worth much, while this one has nothing to envy of the best IGAs, a bit cheaper too. Really a great grocery store! Lots of choice of prepared foods.

Two stars is an additional star for the honesty of broadcasting a message by intercom to security in the different sectors, 9 seems to be the worst, stay away from there. We're not crazy, it's easy to notice prices that are $9 too high for a tiny 275g of a surprise cooked lasagna with a hardened crust. But at least they warn us. SECURITY SECTOR 9 ATTENTION SECURITY SECTOR 9 .... another customer has just had this stolen, << Everyone is safe!!!!>>
