“Hello, today February 22 I went to your BMR Dagenais Center to buy glue, adhesive tape and advice for my DIY. After several minutes of research I approached 2 ladies to ask them to call someone because I needed help. Annie Robberts came to me saying she could help me. She had a friendly smile and was really attentive to my needs. After several minutes of talking to her about making flowers, epoxy, hangers, glue and ribbon, she really understood my needs, knew each product suggested by heart, she took away my inadequate products that I wanted to buy by suggesting me other products that would be more suitable and sent me to another department where I could find ribbons of different colors. Finally, I want to emphasize the excellent service Annie gave me but she didn't want me to tell these bosses about it.
