Brief but unpleasant experience. Very disappointed with my first visit to the store. As soon as I entered, the saleswoman (blue eyes, straight brown hair and glasses), who was mopping up, took a while before saying hello to me and I felt an uncomfortable atmosphere.
Once on the shelves, she seemed annoyed by my presence in her cleaning path. She looked at me and asked if I was looking for something. I told her that I was looking for a particular brand, and in a very cold and condescending manner, she replied curtly: "I don't have that", then resumed cleaning without even offer me something else, nothing. I didn't even bother to consider the other shoe options that I immediately left, having the impression of disturbing her in her household. However, it was only 3:30 p.m. and the store closed at 7 p.m.... Cleaning definitely seemed more important than offering courteous service or, at least, responding kindly to customers.
I realize that this is not the first time that this person seems to have disappointed other customers before me...and with good reason. Unfortunately, his approach turned me off and this will certainly be my last visit to the store.

I bought a pair of shoes and we discovered that there was a major manufacturing defect once they left the store. This is the second pair of Yellow shoes with which we have had this kind of problem.
Impossible to exchange them. We are referred to the website to communicate with customer service in exchange for a possible gift card that can only be used in store.
It's over for us with this brand. Bad quality and bad service.
