“This is a good branch! I have been here several times and always get great service. There is always parking and I have never waited for teller service. Tout le monde parle anglais, aussi. Laurie, in particular, provided exceptional service during a recent estate matter. The Queen Mary branch in Montreal, and the entire estate department, were all quite incompetant in dealing with a simple routine matter. Laurie cares, is proactive and excels at her job. She should be put on the fast track for management!”
